Why I'm writing about Berkeley
This is the inaugural post for a blog I'm going to start putting time into, about Berkeley.
I'm a parks commissioner, I'm somewhat involved in local politics, and I'm a massive fan of Berkeley, absolutely in love with the city. Through the commission and my interactions with people around town, I cross paths with a lot of information that's relevant to the community, and I want to start writing it down here.
I also like to do detailed analysis and citizen reporting on local issues, and I'm hoping to share more of that here too.
